Valentine's Day Quarantine

Still haven't got around to visiting yet as l came down with Scarlet Fever last week. I still feel utterly weary and have suffered with every symptom there is. Thankfully l am half way through my dose of penicillin so will be feeling back to normal again soon. I don't know what l'd do without my husband at the moment- he's been a real gem. Happy Valentine's Day Love!!
Thanks to all who left kind comments on the last post. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend with those you love.

Oh you poor dear, being kicked while you're down! So sorry to hear that. It's unusual these days to contact Scarlet Fever, isn't it? I remember having it as a small child...so many years ago..and my mum taking care of me :)
What would we do without our loved ones to coddle us when we're down? I hope you have a wonderful VDay with your sweet hubby and the little man :)

Wow, thats not good news, but glad you are on the mend. I remember once being told, as a child, that I may have caught scarlet fever, and that my books would need to be burned!

Thank goodness, I didnt have it - just an allergic rash! I must have loved books even then, but I never realised that I would be a librarian when I grew up.

I wish you a speedy recovery.
