Happy Halloween

Today has been full of dressing up, parties and ‘door to door’. Sam won ‘best dressed boy’ at his nursery and got a new book as a prize ~ he was very pleased. The teachers at his school all had wonderful outfits too and l was lucky to snap this photo of Sam with his own teacher (Minnie) and another lovely lady with the enormous wig! LOL
This evening the temperature dropped suddenly but we still went out 'door to door' for a while and Sam got lots of sweeties ~ he fell asleep on the way home :)
Hope you all have had a lovely day too.

Sam has to be one of the cutest pirates ever! I especially love the one of him sleeping! Cute one of the two of you also!

It's just past 5 pm as I read your comment...no trick-or-treaters yet, outside of my darling grandson! We gave him a big container of pop-beads as his little treat. An update on that camping pad, Horizon...I'm still waking up pain-free in the mornings...wooooo hooooo! As I listen to my Annie Lennox CDs in the morning as I ride my exercise bike I often think of you -- fellow Scots, the two of you! -- and say a little prayer for you and your loved ones. Take care...enjoy the rest of your week! (((HUG)))

Hi Horizen, Little man did have a busy day didn't he? You all looked fab in your great costumes. I so enjoyed reading your history of Halloween, I knew such a small amount by comparison, I know a lot more now, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. BTW loved the background and the celtic knots border.
Cheers Margaret
