Music- a language of its own

My husband, Gerald writes and plays his own music. He is my guitar man. All of the tunes that you will hear on this blog are played by him alone.

This tune makes me think of Highland Mary who sits high on Castle hill. She is looking across the water for her love- Robert Burns.

This photo was taken this evening. It is where my husband and l got married- lovely views across the Clyde.

This is a photo of the grounds at Castle House. You can see the High Kirk silhouetted against the sky. On Sundays l open my windows to listen to the bells from this tower - l moved back to the town that l grew up in and find this sound very comforting.

It's all on the guitar Tammy- he is using an amplifier. He does much more than this though- rock, jaz, blues etc.
