What a delightful slideshow and a wonderful way of seeing parts of your corner of the world!! I got a kick out of the tartan limousine...really shows it's in Scotland:-) Love the sunset pictures too, very lovely! Thanks for sharing this with us. For some reason, the slideshow posted 3 times but I thought I'd be safe putting my comment on the first one! lol
Hey Girl...loved the slideshow...I got the tourist info that I ordered through your blog, today...but this slideshow sold me even better than that...one day...Lord willin' and the creeks don't rise...I'll be makin' a visit your way!! :-D
Shows you l've not been in much lately- how come it posted 3 times??? Anyway thanks all for comments- nice to have you back Connie xx, glad Grish posted twice lol- don't feel so bad, Limo ride for both Sorlil and Pea on way and Tammy, l have your tea and jammy roll waiting!
Oh what fun! Thanks for taking us along. Tartan limo...funny :) That sky is gorgeous! So that's what you meant when you said 'I've been over the water'. My MIL made two trips to Wales in her later years. Her mum came from there. She got off the boat at Holy Head (I'm not sure if it's one or two words). I know you're in Scotland, but I saw Holy Loch mentioned. Any connection? Are the two places near each other? I like what you wrote about the sense of smell too :)
Folk Against Fascism is simply a coalition of people who care passionately about British folk culture and don’t want to see it turned into something it’s not: a marketing tool for extremist politics.
Andy Goldsworthy
Britain's foremost landscape artist - an environmental sculptor. His work reinforces the relationship of human existence with nature. His work shows that we as humans have some ability of controlling nature, but eventually, in the end, nature controls us.
