Hello Horizon....

It was interesting reading your answers, I feel I know a bit about you now. Unlike you, I am forever clipping my nails. A few years ago I did used to grow them and paint them too, they looked nice, but now I spend more time in the garden I hate getting them dirty, so very short they are.

I can only swim a width in some fashion of a ‘crawl’. I love cats, I live near the sea, I don’t smoke, I have a wonderful husband, he’s my rock! I think that will do for now.....

I’d be delighted if you added me to your links, I haven't figured out how to do that yet, so I don’t display any, however, I have you bookmarked.

How is the weather with you right now, its very hot here in N.W Wales. Pleased you left a comment for me and liked my summer house.
Catch you again soon. MarionHello Horizon....

Thank you for your good wishes for little Sophie Delezio.

You asked "Does it ever get cold in Canberra?" Most Aussies, apart from those who live here, say that they could never live here because it's so cold in the winter.

We are 2000 feet above sea level and generally have frosty winters with sunny days to follow. Morning temps may be -5ºC but then rise to about 12º. We only get a light fall of snow about once in 3 years, but the Snowy Mountains (where the best snowfields are) are only about 3 hours drive south of Canberra, so the winds coming off the mountains can be very cold indeed. At least we don't get frosts which last for a few days like those I encountered in England.
